Use Discord for low-level support and [email protected] for high-level support. This keeps public/community help separate from billing, privacy, legal, parent/guardian, and account-safety requests.

Discord support

Use discord.myteria.com for low-level support such as how-to-play questions, bug reports, gameplay issues, event questions, basic shop delivery checks, and general community help.

High-level support

Use [email protected] for billing concerns, refund requests, privacy requests, account safety reports, parent/guardian requests, legal questions, or anything that should not be handled in a public/community support space.

What to include

Include your Minecraft username, platform, order ID if relevant, screenshots or clips when useful, and a clear description of what happened. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, security codes, or private login tokens.

Response times

Response times may vary during launch, beta tests, major updates, holidays, or community events. Billing, safety, privacy, and parent/guardian requests are handled more carefully and may take longer than basic gameplay questions.
